Cute pic of K & J....totally not smiling for the camera but for Yo Gabba Gabba. It made for a cute pic though.
My "crew"....we finally have some warmer weather, so why not enjoy a bike ride
"Mom, look at me, look at me!" He was so proud of his artwork. (He looks just like that character on the cartoon, Lazy Town...Spartacus or whatever his name is...)
My mom's group had a playdate at the Magic House. The Magic House, which happens to be 3 minutes from my house, is a children's museum. It's huge and full of exhibits and hands on activities for children of all ages. Well, they happened to be having a Bob the Builder exhibit for toddlers. Jace was in heaven and could've played for hours!!
It has been weeks since I've updated my blog and you would think I would have things to write about. Well, if you want to read about snow, then I certainly can tell you a whole lot. I've experienced enough snow here in St. Louis the past couple weeks or months to last me a lifetime. I like to look @ it for 5 minutes from the inside of my warm house and then I'm totally done w/ it. And then there are Kendall and Jace....and they love it! And want to spend hours in it, but what kid doesn't?! Kendall especially loves to sled and Jace loves to shovel, so I guess I can deal with it for the next year and a half and then pray we move to a warmer climate.
Also, we were excited to have Pap Pap visit us. We played out in the snow and went sledding down the hill. We do have a great back yard for sledding!
On our way back to St. Louis, we stopped to see Mimi and Pap Pap and enjoyed a Christmas celebration with them, also. Even though it was short visit, we really enjoyed having lunch and opening gifts with them.

We had an awesome time in GA for Christmas. The kids were super excited to spend time with their cousins, Nate and Wes. Kendall definitely became Wes's 2nd mommy and she enjoyed every minute of helping Aunt Kim take care of him. My cousins also came over for our Christmas dinner at my mom's house. We got to meet Rileyann, my cousin Patrick's baby, and see Jake again, my cousin Chris's baby. Talk about a full house... 6 kids under 4 years old! It was just a blast to have the family all together for the holidays. An extra special thank you to my parents for all the wonderful gifts and still making "home" a place we love to come to.
Santa found us in St. Louis this year. Kendall and Jace really got into the traditions of Christmas and that made it exciting for me and Jimmy. Jace's top wish from Santa was a truck and Kendall's was rollerskates and Belle DVD (Beauty and the Beast.) We had a white Christmas and then later that afternoon got on the road for a trip to Atlanta to visit Gammy and Papa.
Our playgroup made gingerbread houses. Jace really enjoyed it much more than I thought he would, but how could he not when he had a ton of candy in front of him?! For every 1 piece that made it on his house, 3 pieces went in his mouth.
Kendall's loving her ballet/tap class. She's been going about a month now and the parents were invited for a little mini performance. We were so proud of our little ballerina.
