How much fun did we have!!! Papa took the kids fishing on his boat and while Kendall's patience ran a bit thin, we all had a blast! She thought she would throw the line out and hook a fish right away....not so much! No fish were caught, but the experience made it all worth it. I think the kids especially loved Papa driving the boat fast around the lake. Their smiles were priceless!

Grant's Farm
My mom's group had a playdate at Grant's Farm. Below is a description I copied and pasted from their website:
The 281-acre ancestral home of the Busch family, located just south of the city of St. Louis is home to more than 900 animals representing more than 100 different species. Grant's Farm, operated by Anheuser-Busch, Inc., has been a St. Louis tradition for over five decades.

Easter in South Carolina
Oh my goodness....it has been a month since I posted on the blog! I have so many pictures to share from the past month. Let me start with our Easter trip to SC.... We had a wonderful visit and even had a surprise 60th birthday for Jimmy's dad. It was a blast! Our time is always limited but is never lacking on fun! We went to an Easter egg hunt @ the clubhouse in Jimmy's parents neighborhood and it was over the top with bounce houses, the Easter bunny, DJ, egg hunt, and buffett. We also brought the kids to the beach and they loved it! Jace could've dug up that whole beach if we would have let him. (Pics to follow.)

Museum of Transportation of St. Louis
My friend, Cari and her kids, invited us to the Museum of Transportation last week. It is a really cool place for kids and adults. They have a train yard with train cars the kids could explore and then there are numerous other modes of transportation. Jace was in heaven and Kendall absolutely loved it too. At the end, the kids can play in an indoor area called "Creation Station." Just a super neat place and the plus is that it is literally 3 minutes from our house.
